The research activities are focused on modern and low-emission energy conversion technologies, diagnostics and design of boilers and power devices, fluidization engineering, combustion and thermal treatment of fossil, renewable and waste fuels, production and application of the biochar, and the technologies of flue gas cleaning. Author or co-author of over 180 publications in journals and conference proceedings, invited seminars and lectures, as well as patents and industrial implementations.
